Carbon fibre booms and bowsprits for the 16ft skiffs are available now!

CST's newly launched Blue Series fibreglass tips have already experienced success with a win in the 2011 Australian Championship. Lee Knapton and the team onboard Brydens Compensation Lawyers won the championship after extensive development with CST and McDiamid Sails. The A number of prototypes were produced to come up with the optimum bend, providing a tip that has different stiffness characteristics in alternate planes. It combines S2-Glass and epoxy to provide a tip that is responsive and resists the common problem of permanent bend.

The No1 and No2 rig tips are supplied as bare sections without track, however we can supply fiberglass track if desired.

Brydens Compensation Lawyers also used CST's new rectangular boom as well as the carbon fibre bowsprit package. These products are available now, while our development of new 16ft skiff carbon fibre masts is currently in progress.

CST also supplies a complete range of tubing for not only for masts, but spreaders, whisker arms, receiving tubes, push out bars and tiller extensions.
