As part of the new
range of High Modulus carbon masts CST has just launched a
brand new High Modulus carbon Moth mast. The one piece
tapered mast is just 40mm outside diameter compared with
50mm for the previous version.

| Many competitor masts
are still 55mm OD making the new mast 15mm smaller (see
above pictures for comparison). This will offer
significant reduced windage through a smaller cross-section
and a better leading edge profile. Weighing just 2kg
with fittings the new mast is also lighter than its
predecessor. |
