Customers of WTG Pty. Ltd. (ACN 069 106 691), trading as CST Composites, may place orders on the company subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The customer agrees to comply with the normal trading terms of WTG P/L, which are:
   
   • For account customers - net cash to be paid within 30 days from the end of the month in which invoice is dated unless otherwise stipulated by WTG P/L.
   • For cash sale customers - net cash is payable before dispatch of any goods.
   • If the customers does not make payments in accordance with this clause, the credit facilities may be refused, changed or withdrawn and all moneys owing by the customer will be come immediately payable with interest owing on any outstanding amount calculated from the day of supply at a rate of 10% P.A. until the account is fully settled.
2. Account customers are those who have completed an account application form provided by WTG P/L have then been offered account facilities in writing by WTG P/L. All other customers are presumed cash sale customers.
3. WTG P/L reserves the right not to proceed with any work until a written purchase order is received from account customers or a deposit is received from cash sale customers.
4. All goods are supplied by WTG P/L subject to WTG P/L's conditions of sale at the time of order.
5. Advertised prices may be subject to change without notice, but written quotes remain valid for 60 days unless WTG P/L advises otherwise in writing.
6. Prices are ex-our factory unless quoted otherwise. Freight and packaging is extra. WTG P/L takes no responsibility for damage in transit. At the customers request and expense, goods will be insured against damage in transit.
7. The customer agrees that should collection and/or legal action be taken by WTG P/L for the recovery of any moneys due and payable by the customer to WTG P/L , the customer hereby agrees to be responsible for, and to reimburse WTG P/L for all costs and expenses which may be incurred and become payable in any collection and/or legal action taken for recovery of moneys due and owing. In this regard costs include legal costs on a solicitor-client basis.
8. WTG P/L may from time to time place limits on the amount of credit to be extended to the customer.
9. No claims for credit will be considered after 14 days from the date of invoice.
10. While WTG P/L may recommend a particular product specification, we have no control over its ultimate use. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that the product ordered meets their requirement.
11. Customer are warned that performance yacht spars are necessarily designed and constructed with low safety margins, used in varying weather conditions and controlled by crew of varying and/or unknown competence, and may have inadequate maintenance. WTG P/L will therefore accept no responsibility for level of the performance being below any expected performance criteria of any its marine products after delivery to the customer, or any subsequent damage or injury arising from such performance. Customers should satisfy themselves before delivery that the product supplied adequately meets their required specification.
12. These terms and conditions supersede and exclude all prior and other discussions, representations and arrangements relating to the supply of WTG P/L product of any parts thereof and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, those relating to the performance of the products or ant part thereof, or any results expected from using the product.
13. Either the customer's order, acceptance of delivery, or payment will constitute the customer's acknowledgment of the above trading terms and conditions.
