Accuracy on inside diameter (ID) is typically to ±0.15mm, while the outside diameter is to ±0.3mm. We do have the ability to machine our finished tubes and achieve greater OD tolerance, typically to 50 microns. If you require exact sizing or specific fibre orientations, please contact us.

If you require pultrusions or carbon fiber tubing outside our standard range, we can machine custom tooling for large orders and supply products to your specifications. These can be produced in carbon fibre, aramid, basalt, PBO or fibreglass. Tubes can also be supplied with a protective 2 pack, clear polyurethane finish at an additional cost.
