CST would love to congratulate our team sailors Nathan Outteridge, Iain Jensen and Tom Slingsby, who have all won gold medals in the 2012 London Olympics. What an awesome moment in Australian sport. Tom achieved his dreams in the Laser while Nathan and Iain looked on, then Nathan and Iain sailed out to secure their own success.

Our tiller extensions have been used by both classes at this year’s Olympics and have been used by the Lasers for the last four Olympics. We can confidently say, we make the best tiller extensions in the world.

All the guys have worked hard since the last Olympics and it’s paid off. CST is proud to be associated with these world-class sailors and we look forward to supporting them throughout the rest of 2012 and into 2013.

Who Says Carbon Fibre Can’t be Green

By All News

At CST we care about the environment and are being pro-active in our push to reduce our carbon footprint. As part of this, we have installed 10 kilowatts of solar panels on the roof to assist with energy production. This not only reduces our carbon emissions, but also reduces running costs.

Solar power is the greenest way to produce electricity and is suitable for homes and businesses. 10kW of solar panels typically produce around 200% of the needs of an average household on a daily basis.

CST is committed to using green energy whenever possible. We recycle where we can and are constantly researching ways to further reduce our carbon footprint and offset the carbon emissions generated. So when you buy a CST product you can be happy knowing that we are doing our bit for the environment.
